CosyClocheTM Assembly
Place the two sides and lay them on a flat surface.
Take two of the clip halves and place them on the tabletop so
that the ratchet parts stick up and through two of the holes in
one of the sides - see Pic C.
Take the other cloche side and place the tab end over the holes
and clip halves. Take two more clip halves and locate each onto
the ones already in place, make sure you align the ratchet parts
at 90deg to each other and press firmly together - they should
make a clicking sound - see Pic D.
Do the same for the other corner of the cloche, making sure the
tab part is on the inside of the cloche - see Pic E.
Take your CosyClocheTM and sit it on a flat surface the right
way up. Bend the lids into meet each other at the Handle Bar.
Holding the two Handle Bars together at one end push, the now
combined slotted tabs through the slot in the cloche end - see
Pic F
. Repeat this for the other end.
Now align the closure and vent notches on the Handle Bars and
pull up slightly to locate in the slots. Depending on which notch
you decide will determine whether the CosyClocheTM is fully
closed, partially vented or fully vented - see Pic G.
Completed CosyClocheTM
Use the Ground Anchors to secure the CosyClocheTM - see pic
H & J
.
Clip-in Base
Take your completed CosyClocheTM and place on a flat surface,
a kitchen table will do fine. Open the top of your
CosyClocheTM. Place the clip-in-base into your CosyClocheTM
from the top making sure the tabs on the base are flexed up - pic
K
. Push all the way down to the table top and fix in place using
the clips as you did for the CosyClocheTM- locate the clips in the
holes closes to the corners of your CosyClocheTM.
Remember - the clips should make a clicking sound - pic L.
The slots in the ends of the base act as drainage holes.
Extension Sides
Take the two sides and lay them on
a flat surface, a kitchen table will do
fine. Join the sides together, making
sure that the tabs are on the OUT-
SIDE of the extension see pic M,
as described above using the clips,
tabs and holes.
To fix to your CosyClocheTM take
your assembled extension sides and
place on a flat surface longways up.
Keep one hand on the top of the
extension sides - see pic N - and
with the other pick up your
assembled and closed
CosyClocheTM. Now press down
gently on the extension sides until
the long sides bow out slightly.
You can now slide the
CosyClocheTM into the extension
sides - see pic P. Turn the whole
onto the table and pull the
extension sides evenly onto the
bottom of the CosyClocheTM.
Align the holes at the bottom of
your CosyClocheTM with the holes
at the top of the extension sides
and secure using the clips as for the
CosyClocheTM. Use the holes
closest to the corners. Hold down
in the garden with the ground
anchors supplied with your
CosyClocheTM - see pic R.

Before Assembling your CosyClocheTM
Flexing the Creases
Some or all the twin-wall plastic will
have crease lines. Find these, and lay
them on a flat surface, a kitchen
table is ideal. Now gently fold the
crease, over the edge of the table-top,
both ways. Do this for all creases.
Using the Clips and Tabs
All the CosyTM range of products
use simple ratchet clips for
assembly. The two halves are
identical, align the ratchets at 90º,
as shown in the picture (Pic A), and
press firmly together (two clicks are
enough). If you need to separate the
clips, carefully use a blunt, broad
blade. Slide the blade between the
two pieces of twinwall plastic and
twist firmly, be careful, the clips will
separate at speed! (Pic B)
See pictures C, D and E to see how
the tabs locate and are secured.
